Production

Our diaries and other physical products are made by hand in the UK. They are also all made to order. This skilled craftsmanship does take time. Our personalised diaries or other book products have your text or initials embossed on to the cover or spine before it is attached to the book block of pages. This ensures the a perfect finish without any creasing to the leather. However it does take time, hence the 4-10 day timeframe for production.

Shipment

Once finished, all of our items are then dispatched by tracked Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' delivery. 

Rush Orders

We offer a Rush Order service for our diaries. This service ensures your diary is made within 2 Working Days (Monday-Friday). It is then dispatched by tracked Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' delivery. 

We may also be able to arrange 'Tracked 24' Hour Royal Mail delivery. If you have any questions please contact us. 

Rush orders are not refundable in the event of a return.

Gift Service

We can also add customised messages with your order or a bespoke gift wrapping service. Please get in touch to discuss how we can make and ship the perfect gift for your loved ones. 

Delays

In the unlikely event that your order will take longer than we anticipated, we will tell you as early as possible. Your rights in this situation (including a refund) are outlined in our Terms of Service.
